Are you a HIV Prevention consultant with experience in outcome measurement, building results frameworks and monitoring and evaluation systems, especially in the field of HIV prevention? Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a HIV Prevention Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your role:

You will work as part of the HIV team to support the measurement and tracking of HIV prevention related outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The HIV Prevention Consultant will, under the supervision of the manager, be responsible for the following:

• Analyze previous HIV prevention related results arising from the Client's investments
• Analyze and provide guidance on anticipated HIV prevention-related results in the forthcoming grant cycle
• Provide technical input into KPI developments and tracking related to HIV prevention
• Contribute to the development of an HIV prevention results framework
• Provide expert advice on good practice in the measurement of HIV prevention results, including results tracking on the introduction of new HIV prevention tools and commodities

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• Expertise in outcome measurement, preferably HIV program monitoring and evaluation
• Knowledge of scientific/technical debates on HIV prevention financing and results
• Experience in designing and/or implementing HIV program analytics in a range of countries/contexts
• Knowledge of HIV prevention delivery systems in a range of countries/contexts
• Excellent written and oral English and ideally French is required.
