Responsibilities:

As a professional consultant, you are responsible for support in the Abacus modules with a focus on AbaImmo. The advice you take over mainly by phone. As a consultant, however, you are also the point of contact for customer concerns and ensure competent customer care on site. In addition, you will be on hand to assist our customers with new launches by identifying the needs and requirements and working out a solution together. You will be happy to test innovations and take a proactive role in the introduction of new products by software manufacturers.

Idea candidate for this position are:

• Must have experience with commercial training with additional training in real estate
• Must have booking keeping skills or proficient knowledge with numbers/maths
• Must have some experience with Abalmmo or another real estate solution
• Open, resilient personality who is ready to get involved in a team
• Quick learner and able to easily familiarise yourself with new topics
• Reliable, quality conscious and customer oriented with proven experience
• Must have a Driving License
• Must speak Fluent German and able to understand Swiss German, English is a plus
