On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Swiss based German and English speaking PMO with banking experience (ideally Private Banking).
Overview of the project:
- Support the head during preparation and implementation of a global, high profile project by assisting in project related tasks
- Budget planning and Controlling
- Managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Reporting to Senior Management
Skills:
- Over 5 years of experience in PMO function within the banking industry
- Proven ability to provide Senior Management level presentations and documentation
- Solid knowledge of project financial KPI's and tracking
- Banking Background (Private Banking or Offering Management as a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Well structured and proactive mindset
- Team player
- Ability and willingness to work under pressure
- Fluency in German and English
