For one of our clients, specialized in the pharmaceutical area with HQ in Basel, we are looking for an Organizational Change Manager with experience in the technology area.
This is a challenging contracting position starting in November until the end of 2020 with extension possibilities.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Lead change management activities of a complex organizational transformation program where several streams will be going in parallel
- Support a team of Delivery Service Managers in their solution transitions to ensure successful application of the OCM activities
- Deliver / update change management related guidance documentation within the framework
- Engage with and support stakeholders to ensure success in OCM and communication challenges
- Support the program team in relevant communication and reporting activities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of change management experience preferably in technology area
- Hands on experience leading communications activities for organizational initiatives especially using gSite and G+ .
- Ability to work independently in matrix environments and interact with all organizational levels
- Excellent communication and writing skills, ability to transfer complex messages in simplified ways
- Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
