Responsibilities:
As a Junior Abacus consultant, you are responsible for new launches, customer projects and support in the areas of Abacus business software. The advice on the solutions to be used, as well as the support and training of customers, you take over mainly on site or by phone. As a consultant, you are the point of contact for customer concerns and ensure competent support.
Idea candidate for this position are:
- At least 1 year of technical and commercial training with professional experience
- You have some knowledge regarding to Abacus or other ERP systems
- open, resilient personality who is ready to get involved in a team
- interested in business software solutions
- Reliable and responsible
- Must speak Fluent German and able to understand Swiss German, English is a plus
