On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a German speaking PMO with proven banking industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support PM/PO and the team during preparation and implementation of Agile Transformation project related tasks
- Presentations toward steering boards on C-level
- Presentations for internal and external speeches
- Reporting to senior management
- Communications (internal and external) in collaboration with internal communication team
- Budget / Cost controlling
- Organization of events and meetings
Skills:
- Over 3 years of PMO experience with proven experience in Agile /change management
- Fluency in German and English
- Open and agile mindset, familiar with agile way of thinking and working
- Ability to provide a senior management adequate level of presentations and documents
- Solid knowledge and experience in communications
- Solid knowledge in project financial KPI's
- Banking Background (Private Banking is a plus)
- Well structured, proactive, trustworthy person
- Able and willing to work under pressure
