German speaking Agile IT Project Manager (Private banking)

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a german speaking IT Project Manager with strong Agile and Private banking experience.

Overview of the project:

  • Managing the deliverables and integration of various projects into Digital Advisory Suite and managing the analysis and the implementation of the project Portfolio Risk to rollout new portfolio risk methodology global.
  • Single point of contact for all projects impacting Digital Advisory Suite (IT side)
  • Manage and deliver the Feasibility and Execution Phase focused on endto-end integration of all underlying systems
  • Coordination and synchronization of agreed Digital Advisory Suite deliverables (separate agile project) with other stakeholders
  • Communication and Coordination on an international level with stakeholders

Main responsibilities:

  • Project management within the delivery unit, ensuring the delivery of all relevant artefacts along the BJB project methodology in coordination with Digital Advisory Suite agile project.
  • Plan, Monitor and control program/project progress (schedule, budget, scope, quality)
  • Identify, analyze and manage all relevant stakeholders
  • Identify, analyze, mitigate and monitor program/project risks
  • Coordination, synchronization and integration of deliverables between agile and waterfall projects
  • Manage project resources (including internal and external staff, third parties/vendors and implementation partners)
  • Provide regular communication to the stakeholder according to the defined communication plan

The skills and experience needed for these positions are:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading IT programs/projects within Private Banking/ Wealth Management
  • Proven Agile experience
  • Very strong computer science fundamentals (preferable with experience in IT architecture design)
  • Knowledge of client advisory processes experience highly beneficial
  • Fluency in English and German
