On behalf of our client, a leading private bank in Zürich, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant/ PMO with proven experience in supporting administrative work and coordinating meetings. Main responsibilities:

  • Support administrative work across different units
  • Coordination of meetings, telephone and video conferences, meeting minutes
  • Administrative management of external employee process

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience with coordinating administrative tasks for different stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel)
  • Experience in project work is a plus
  • Well-structured and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Fluent in English, German and any other additional language is an asset
