Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Switzerland, we are looking for Front Risk Management.
Location: Geneva
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
Main responsibilities
* Support the Intermediaries Markets in the management and control of risks by providing high quality advice
* Provide risk input to business initiatives/cases and perform client risk assessments for the market
* Act as the interface for all risk related topics between the Front and the 2nd and 3rd Line of Defense
* Make significant risks transparent to management and ensure mitigation or acceptance
* Support in maintaining and enhancing the Intermediaries risk management framework (policies, controls, guidelines) across all risk types. This includes multiple aspects, specifically related to front related risk governance, policy standards, controls, training, and reporting
* Perform the required risk control assessments, guided, and supported by the 2nd LoD and/or the Head FRM Intermediaries
Your skills:
* Excellent communication skills, confident and respectable appearance.
* Bank experience in a risk, compliance and/or front position would be an advantage
* Basic Knowledge of the CDB 20 and AMLA rules
* Excellent command of French and English/ German. Spanish, and other LATAM languages are a plus.
