Your tasks

• Troubleshooting, monitoring, reporting
• Supporting clients in French with their IT 1st and 2nd level issues
• Working with a ticketing system and escalating issues for the 3rd level support when necessary

Your profile

• You bring at least 2 years' experience as a Help Desk/ IT Supporter (junior profiles preferred)
• You speak and write French fluently. You understand German or English
• Extra points if you have worked with Windows Server and Windows Client

Permanent position

Several locations in the German speaking part of Switzerland (some remote days a week are offered)
