Field support role will be performing all client service actions that are delivered at thecustomer's desk. These include: Break Fix, Desk Side Support, IMAC's, etc. Responsibilitiesinclude performing moderate-to-complicated configuration and repair ofdesktop/notebook computer equipment, low-to-moderate moderate troubleshooting oftechnical / software issues on desktop/notebook computer equipment. This rolecombines good level technical skills with an emphasis on the delivery of a high level ofcustomer service.
Experience / Qualifications:
o Excellent customer service skillso Dell diagnosis toolso Dell Laptop/Desktop hardwareo Knowledge of basic LAN network cable managemento General infrastructure understanding (networks, servers, AD etc.)o Familiar with general usage Microsoft Officeo Basic understanding of the purpose and operation of software distributiontechnologies (e.g. SCCM)o Windows 7 Operation and configuration
