Wir suchen eine operative Unterstützung für unsere schweizweiten Sales Exellence Trainings im Vertrieb. Der Einsatz ist für Mitte August 2021 geplant und endet Ende Dezember 2021.
Das erwartet dich
Du leitest und moderierst selbstständig unsere definierten Sales Excellence Trainings mit dem Zielpublikum Verkaufsleiter
Du unterstützt und begleitest in einem zweiten Schritt unsere Verkaufsleiter individuell in ihren Teamtrainings
Zusammen mit dem Head Sales Excellence stellst du sicher, dass die Trainings nach Plan realisiert und die übergeordneten Zielte erreicht werden
Das bringst du mit
Spezifische Erfahrung als aktiver Sales Trainer und breite Erfahrung im Verkauf
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche
Sprachkenntnisse:
- Training und Coaching auf Italienisch zwingend
- ergänzend Training und Coaching auf Französisch oder Deutsch erforderlich
- Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Gewinnende, aktive Persönlichkeit
- Reisebereitschaft im jeweiligen Sprachgebiet
- Technisch affin, um Trainings auch digital durchführen zu können

External Coach and Trainer in Sales (m/f/d) 50%.
We are looking for an operational support for our nationwide Sales Excellence Trainings in Sales. The assignment is scheduled for mid-August 2021 and will end at the end of December 2021.
What you can expect
- You will independently lead and moderate our defined Sales Excellence Trainings with the target audience of sales managers
- In a second step, you will support and accompany our sales managers individually in their team trainings
- Together with the Head of Sales Excellence you will ensure that the trainings are realized according to plan and that the overall objectives are achieved.
What you bring to the table
- Specific experience as an active sales trainer and broad experience in sales
- Several years of experience in the insurance industry
- Language skills:
- Training and coaching in Italian mandatory
- additional training and coaching in French or German required
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Winning, active personality
- Willingness to travel in the respective language area
- Technical affinity to be able to conduct trainings also digitally
