Are you an Events Assistant with 4 years of relevant large-scale event production experience in an international and multicultural environment, and are you looking for an exciting new opportunity? If so, please have a look at the following details:

Your role:
You will provide administrative & logistics support to the Events Team for the planning and execution of the Clients events. This includes supporting the coordination of meetings and travel both in Geneva & abroad, as well as the execution of a broader range of functions and support for the organization.

To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have:

• University degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related discipline
• 4 years of relevant large-scale event production experience
• Track record of strong logistical and organization skills
• Demonstrated diplomacy in dealing with individuals at a high-level
• Track record of effectively working in a team and able to handle multiple tasks and establish priorities
• Experience of editing and drafting documents and presentations
• Proven IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and use of the internet essential
• An excellent knowledge of English and a good working knowledge of French
