Your assignment

- Lead the CRM Database clean-up project
- Responsible for database and campaign reporting
- Provide ad hoc reports to Business Engagement Managers, Market Research team, Business teams, etc.
- Lead engagement with Data & Analytics team to automate CRM reporting & segmentation
- Lead engagement with Risk & Controls, Legal, and Data Privacy teams
- Responsible for monitoring CRM automated journeys and triggers
- Plan backlog with all database activities
- Be the point of contact for data within the CRM team

Your profile

- BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years' experience in working with CRM data
- Experience working with Power BI and KNIME
- Experience working with large volumes of data from different sources
- Experience managing data integration and data matching & alignment
- Experience working closely with Business, IT, and Data & Analytics teams
- Have very high attention to details
- Have speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter attitude
- Someone who is willing to contribute new ideas and articulate them to a variety of stakeholders and not just execute on existing ones
