Partner Channel Marketing Enablement Manager

Experis is currently supporting our client, a globally operating technology company with strong brand recognition, with their search for a Partner Channel Marketing Enablement Manager for their Swiss operations. I'm looking for you: 5+ years of experience within Digital Marketing for Partners/Channel business, fluent German/English.

What is it you'll have to do?

The role is an integral part of our client's partner strategy. You will be tasked with orchestrating our client's channel partners' upskilling as well as arranging relevant trainings. You will improve and build up their partner's capacity and capabilities by leveraging appropriate learning and trainings for targeted partners to create customer success and drive cloud adoption.

Responsibilities:
* You will both plan and execute the Swiss partner enablement strategy while working closely with channel partners to ensure enablement across all cloud solutions our client provides
* Cost control: You will control that their partners adhere to their tight project deadlines and budgets in order to create high-value value for their partners. Ultimately you will be responsible for their channel partners to drive customer success.
* Grow and nurture their partner's capabilities by enabling partners to meet or exceed capacity gaps and ensure advanced specialization in the partner channel.
* Ensure tight collaboration with our client's internal stakeholders at all levels to enable the best partner enablement possible
* Optimize partner enablement execution through community collaboration. You will need to understand the cloud partner ecosystem well and collaborate closely with local stakeholders to orchestrate differentiated upskilling to both their preferred partners as well as their wider channel partners.
* Orchestrate and execute their Partner Enablement Plan for the Swiss market and monitor/evaluate performance throughout its execution.

Your specific background:

  • Language requirements: English + German; both perfectly fluent (+French/Italian would be highly desired)
  • Extensive experience dealing with channel partners as well as solution development skills
  • Experience with technology platforms and cloud solutions with a high-level of technical proficiency
  • Several years of experience managing remote-based teams across functions and geographies
  • Optimizing partners and satisfying clients is in your DNA
  • You are a problem solver and excel at leveraging both internal and external resources to follow through with partners to enable them to deliver world-class solutions to the Swiss market
