Digital Content Specialist (40%)

Are you a forward-thinking digital content professional? Experis is looking for a hands-on person, to accelerate and shape the future success of its world-class recruiting brand.

As the digital content specialist, your focus is to tell the story of Experis through informative and inspiring articles as well as understand our target groups and write content which answers their questions and builds our reputation as industry experts.

For this role, we are looking for a person willing to work in our fun and international Zurich team for an initial duration of 6 months (possible extension).

Your mission if you choose to accept it:

• You'll be proactive in creating thought-leading content (think web pages, blog posts, case studies, newsletters, guides etc.) to attract and retain candidates and customers
• You'll tailor content and style of writing assignments according to their purpose - whether they are intended to sell or inform
• You'll brainstorm ideas with other members of the team
• You'll interview internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information whenever relevant
• From big events to daily life moments, you'll be responsible for creating entertaining and informative video content for social media

Which skills do you bring to the table?

Essentials

• You have exceptional written communication skills in German and English
• You understand the importance of branding, tone of voice, and consistency - you pay attention to detail
• Besides being a great writer and editor, you are highly creative, able to tell a story, and most importantly - love doing content marketing
• You understand the importance of aligning content with market/customer needs
• Good research skills to gain an accurate understanding of our target groups and the recruitment business
• You are an excellent team player
• Ideally, you have a Digital Marketing / Copywriting / Journalism or Language degree
• Alternatively, you have a blog or your own website and/or you love creating compelling content
• You are able to work independently and ensure regular updates are provided to key stakeholders

Desirable

• Photo/video editing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• SEO knowledge
• Any other language is a plus (French, Italian…)
• Background in IT, finance, pharma or engineering
