For our international client based in Basel, Experis is currently looking for a Digital Biomarker Device Deployment Manager for a contracting position.

General information:

* Start date: 07.08.2017 (latest start date: 31.08.2017)
* End date: 29.12.2017
* Work location: Basel
* Work load: 100%
* Travelling: 0 to 25% possible (Europe and USA for meetings, conferences and workshops)
* Remote: 1 day per week, prior approval needed

Project Background:
The program's objective is to develop digital biomarkers. The program's focus areas are:
- 1) Design digital biomarkers: Define ways to capture clinical outcomes using sensor data collected from smartphones and wearables
- 2) Develop apps and data processing pipeline: Establish processes, software, and infrastructure to handle big data collected from sensors in clinical trials
- 3) Deploy digital biomarkers to clinical studies: Generate data to validate approaches and support decision making
- 4) Analyze and interpret sensor data: Identify signals for disease severity and progression in sensor data collected from patients in trials

Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Support for digital biomarker device installations, deployments, device returns and ad-hoc PM/support requests on ongoing clinical studies
* Support for establishing and documenting new device deployment processes on new clinical studies, including creating input to training material
* Management of specific device batches and shipments
* Support for device installations and other technical work
* Support for ad-hoc demo, event preparations
* Support software testing and release efforts

You bring for this role the following qualifications:

* Ideally ITIL certification
* Experience with device installation management and shipment
* Experience with establishing device installation processes
* Experience in IT organizations
* Fluent in English (written and speech)
* Nice to have: Test script development and execution experience, German

* Quality mindset
* Attention to detail
* Process-oriented but still flexible
* Ability to work independently
* Based close to Basel
* Nice to have: testing experience
