Experis IT Switzerland is on the search for a Data Strategy Consultant with focus on Data Analytics and AI to join one of their clients, a well-known Switzerland company. Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6+ months

Location: 1 Day per week in Bern / rest of the time remote work possible (only within Swiss Borders allowed)

Workload percentage: 80-100% possible

Key Responsibilities:

• The candidate conducts a structured product portfolio assessment of 8 agile teams and their products. He/she supports in the process of creating business cases for the strategic initiatives.
• Main tasks: Products Assessment and Evaluation (candidate acts independent of Product Manager)
  1. Definition of KPI to use to conduct the assessment (dimensions: Financial, Customers, Products and Process, Data and Analytics Capabilities, People)
  2. Conduct stakeholders interviews to understand their expectation
  3.Product final evaluation (benefits, potential, risks etc.)
  4. Business Strategy Support (in collaboration with Product Manager), support in creating a business plan for the new and on-going strategic initiatives

Your Profile:

• Experience in Strategy Consulting (at least 5 years of experience)
• Product Portfolio Assessment and Evaluation
• Report Writing and Visualising Skills in Powerpoint
• Excellent communication skills to interact with business and management stakeholders on a senior level
• Experience in Financial Analysis and Project Management (Creating Business Cases)
• English at least at Level B2 (no German required)

Skills Nice to have:

• Experience in IT/Telco
• Technical Flair
