My client is an important subsidiary of a world-renowned organization based in Zug.

They are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Daily Tasks Include:

  • You will be responsible for all activity at the client support desk
  • Coordinating activities with local and international partners
  • You will be responsible for margin calculations, commission structure, interest and fee

Profile:

  • You should bring a banking apprenticeship or university degree in finance, economics or any related field
  • Strong experience within the banking industry preferred good
  • Great communication skills with the ability to accommodate client inquiries
  • Extensive understanding of financial instruments such as securities options, stocks, futures, options on futures, fixed income and foreign exchange
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • You must be fluent in German & English or Italian & English
