Are you a Cost Efficiency Advisor with at least 3 years of professional experience gained within a multi-cultural & international environments/organisations and are you looking for an exciting new opportunity within a non-governmental organisation (NGO) ? Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Cost Efficiency Advisor to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your role:
The Advisor, Cost Efficiencies, will assist in identifying, prioritizing, developing, monitoring, and accelerating delivery of strategic projects to drive cost efficiency.

The Advisor Cost Efficiency will support the analysis, presentation and interpretation of complex information to non-technical stakeholders whilst maintaining the integrity and substance of the subject.

With an ability to understand complex issues the Advisor Cost Efficiency will support the development of innovative solutions to ill-defined problems with unclear or insufficient information.

Key Responsibilities
For her/his assigned processes, the Cost Efficiency Advisor will be responsible for:

• Cost efficiency project definition and prioritization

• Strategic project execution and governance

• Support effective best practice sharing and role modelling on cost efficienc

• Support smooth execution of organizational strategy related to budgeting and cost efficiency

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you are / have:

• Masters degree or equivalent in finance; economics; engineering; strategic planning or other relevant discipline.
• Will have at least 3 years post graduate working experience.
• Ability to develop trust and confidence.
• The ability to flexibly and effectively adapt between operational implementation and strategic thinking.
• Experience in the use of analytics to inform business decision making
• Fluent in English and French,
