Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Content Production & Design Coordinator to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your role:

You will facilitate the smooth delivery of projects by coordinating the planning, sourcing, translation and asset archiving processes for products produced by the Creative Studio team as well as contributing towards the graphic design function.

Key Responsibilities

The Content Production & Design Coordinator will, under the supervision of the manager, be responsible for the following:

• Maintain a project planning and coordination calendar to ensure project-critical resources and key staff (internal and external) are available when needed to ensure the timely delivery of all approved projects. This includes reporting on progress to the Lead, Creative Studio.
• Once a major brief is approved, work with key team members to build detailed project plans, working back from the project due date to ensure sufficient time for approvals and translations as specified by the brief.
• Provide aesthetic and technical production advice during creative brainstorms and collaborate with team members across the Communications Department to develop and produce creative concepts.
• Produce impactful tools and collateral using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. This includes presentations, invitations, banners, signage, event displays and social media assets.
• Use InDesign and Illustrator to develop or adapt print and digital publications and apply understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals and typography for print and the web.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• University degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Marketing, Communications, Business management, or a relevant field.
• Graphic design qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Solid relevant (post-university) work experience coordinating production workflow with a solid understanding of design processes.
• Design capabilities in design software programs including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proven ability to plan and prioritize operations to maximize performance and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Experience on digital archiving of assets
• Excellent written and oral English is required and an advanced knowledge of French
