On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Consultant in Technical Product Complaint.
Main Tasks:
- Assess current post market activities to understand scope on how feedback is received/captured/trended
- Work with customer interfacing teams to establish processes required and ensure implementation
- Work with customer interfacing teams
- Ensure correct implementation for applicable Medical Device product
- Ensure correct implementation of updated design control
Requirements:
- Degree in the relevant field
- +2 years of similar experience
- Background in Pharma / Medical Devices / similar is a huge advantage
- English fluency
- German fluency is a big plus
