Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Junior Communications Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your role:

The Junior Communications consultant will provide dedicated support to develop timely, accurate and engaging communication materials to inform and train internal and external stakeholders on the funding application and review process and content, ensuring that these materials are appropriately tailored to specific audiences. The Junior Communications consultant will also be responsible for conducting surveys and analyzing survey data.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior Communications Consultant will, under the supervision of the manager, be responsible for the following:

• Develop communication material to be published on the Client's website and Intranet (e.g. FAQs, news articles, case studies etc.)
• Develop content for, and coordinate, on-line training sessions or webinars on the application process and material
• Coordinate surveys with internal and external stakeholders and analyze quantitative and qualitative responses to these surveys

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• University degree in journalism, communications, public relations, international development or a related field.
• At least 2 years previous professional work experience
• Global health knowledge
• Professional use of multi-media technology (e.g. to create e-learnings, visualizations (e.g. icons, infographics), webinar hosting, intranet management, etc.)
• Experience independently drafting and finalizing high-quality presentations in PowerPoint
• Experience synthesizing complex information into concise communication products
• Fluency and affinity with multi-media communication tools including e-learning and webinar platforms, as well as PowerPoint
• Comfortable analyzing data and integrating charts, graphs etc. into presentations and reports
• Excellent written and oral French and English is required.
