On behalf of our client, a financial institution, we are looking for a CISO, with proven experience in information security. Are you a passionate CISO who is looking for a new and exciting challenge? If yes, then please have a look at the details below:
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the "Information Security Program" for the protection of systems, services, data and information
- Accompanying our digitization and innovation strategy
- Responsible for Group-wide Information Security Risk Management and the corresponding Internal Control System (ICS)
- Promote an adequate safety culture through awareness training
- Further development and enforcement of the requirements for information and IT security
- Analysis of complex IT topics on risks, definition of risk-reducing measures and joint development of viable and secure solutions
- Maintenance of internal and external networks
- Develop the competences of your team
The skills and experience needed for these positions are:
- Computer science studies with continuous further education and further certification in the field of information security (CISM, CRISC, CGEIT)
- Experience as an IT project manager or IT architect as well as knowledge of relevant laws and IT / cyber risks
- Several years of relevant experience in the financial industry and management experience of advantage
- Very good analytical and communicative skills in order to process complex security-related specialist topics in a target-group-oriented manner
- Steadfastness, persuasiveness and pragmatism
- Ability to develop joint solutions that take into account the needs of different stakeholders
- Team player with very good communication skills
