Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Category Manager Indirect Procurement to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your responsibilities will be:
Formulate and implement innovative and compehensive category strategies and deliver cost effective and efficient processes for the indirect spend of the Client
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
Full or part qualified member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS) or equivalent. Degree in business or similar
Category management experience (typically 5/7 years min) on indirect materials, in a category management structure, and strategic sourcing, working within a matrix organisation. Private sector experience beneficial.
Clear understanding of strategic procurement and category management methodologies and associated toolkits.
- An excellent knowledge of English and preferably a good working knowledge of French. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset
