On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for an experienced Accounting professional who is familiar with invoicing, cash allocation and accounting processes to help assess, evaluate and develop the reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Reconciling Cash Accounts
- Taking responsibility for processes and operational services including day to day account management and relationship support
- Processing, documenting and maintaining contact with Financial Accounting
- Investigating and fixing problems in relation to third party funds
Skills
- Min. of 2-3 years of work experience with Invoicing and Cash collections/ allocation,
- Experience gained within the Financial / Banking sector is advantageous
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint with an understanding of MS Access and SQL
- Client focused with the credibility to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English,
