Business Readiness Project Manager Banking (Training/Rollout)

On behalf of our client, a leading Swiss Bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Business Readiness Project Manager to help with Communication and Training activities for rollout of new processes for Onboarding of clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Actively support the Business Readiness stream of the Global Client Onboarding program in charge of the roll-out of compliance tools and capabilities to front users
  • Be a sparring partner to stream lead regarding establishment/refinement of training concept
  • Maintain regularly contact and engage with Front representatives to determine best roadmap
  • Prepare training and communications for Front Office
  • Preparing and running workshops and meetings with SMEs, documenting outcomes
  • Prepare reports and presentation and facilitate updates to steering committees with senior management members
  • Interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders

Required skills:

  • Over 7 years of project management experience with banking / financial services
  • Proven experience with business readiness activities (trainings, communications)
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and conceptual thinking
  • Strong communications skills, including presentation - excellent in drafting a compelling storyline in PowerPoint
  • High level of flexibility and ability to handle multiple challenging priorities
  • Quick learner
  • Fluent English - written and spoken
  • MS Office: PowerPoint (advanced)Knowledge

Highly desired:

  • Prior work experience at Swiss Bank
  • Knowledge of the client onboarding process in private banking
  • Prior experience within a Compliance and/or Front Office role is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and conceptual thinking
  • Strong communications skills, including presentation - excellent in drafting a compelling storyline in PowerPoint
  • High level of flexibility and ability to handle multiple challenging priorities
  • Fluent English - written and spoken, German is an advantage
  • MS Office: PowerPoint (advanced): ability to do visualization and conception
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage conflicts
  • Passion for excellence, change, effectiveness and finding joy in building something new
