On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a German speaking Process/ Project Management Support with some HR industry experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in managing and maintaining our services globally from high-volume online assessments to high-touch in-person executive assessments.
• Support day-to-day business tasks (e.g., assessment coordination/communication, reporting, ad hoc requests, etc.).
• Collaborate with colleagues in the HR community to ensure most client focused delivery of solutions.
• Support in projects for the implementation and delivery of new tools.
• Process financial management tasks as well as invoice submission and support our technical interfaces (e.g., Taleo).

Skills:

• Approximately 2-3 years of working experience with a focus on business administration and/or process management within a global organization
• Proficient in German and English (written and orally at least level C1 in both languages)
• Very good computing skills, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Team player with a strong interest in HR topics, quality management and reporting
• Strong planning and project management skills (& detail-orientation)
