Experis is currently supporting our client within the biotechnology industry with their search for an experienced Business Analyst to support their operations at their HQ in Zug. This contract role will run at a minimum of 6 months.
The role has a myriad of responsibilities including:
- Document processes, procedures, workflows and other supporting documentation
- Be involved in the development of processes, procedures, workflows and other supporting documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams
- Assist in measurement and review of processes to identify opportunities for improvement
Your specific background
- Several years of experience as a business analyst within a large, globally-operating pharmaceutical company
- You hold either a Swiss or an EU passport
- Experience in documenting processes, procedures and workflows
- Strong organizational skills: you must be able to create and maintain well-organized document and process repositories
- Expertise in process design and development, including use of workflow tools such as MS Visio
- Strong user of MS Word, PPT, Excel
