Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for Business Analyst to join one of their clients, a highly renowned organisation. This engagement will be for a period of 6 months and based in Geneva.

Location: Geneva

Start Date: July 2021

Duration: 6 months with further option of contract extension

Supporting information:

• Support the business change manager in tactical and strategic projects

• Undertaking and / or coordinating data analytics to support tactical & strategic business initiatives, large scale change projects and risk management activities

• Manage or support the execution of one or more business workstreams

• Drive and lead business case & gap analysis across the business, controls, and front-to-back operating processes

• Document and capture the existing operating model and define the future state operating model
• The role will involve interfacing with key senior stakeholders and internal clients across the organization

Your profile:

• Prior experience within in Private Banking or Wealth Management
• Strong business analysis skills, including data analysis, writing business requirement documents, defining and documenting control frameworks, and user acceptance testing
• Experience in change management, including defining business requirements working with front office, control functions and infrastructure partners to drive and implement solutions, and managing project stakeholders, preferably gained within a consulting background
• Experience in organising and conducting workshops to develop requirements and solutions
• Experience of defining and documenting Target Operating models covering processes, roles and responsibilities etc
• Advocate for and experience user of advance analytical tools
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Previous record of delivery in a complex matrix environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail and tenacity
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Interpersonal & teamwork skills
