One of our clients, a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Berufsbildner (Vocational Trainer) for a 12-month contract located in Zug, Switzerland with a possibility of extension.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Conducting cross-company courses in the area of ​​computer science
• Creating and revising course documents
• Creation and correction of exams
• Supervision of learners and support for school and technical problems
• Help with the recruitment and selection of new learners
• Accompanying learners during project times to deepen their specialist knowledge
• For this position, a further education / diploma course is a vocational trainer to complete, this can also be done after starting the job

Must Haves:

• University degree in applied sciences or a comparable training in the IT environment
• Professional experience in the areas of programming (C #), databases (MS SQL)
• Experience as a vocational trainer with appropriate further training
• High level of independence, precise work, flexibility, loyalty, resilience and initiative, as well as the skills to plan work processes in a structured manner, set priorities and take personal responsibility
• Team-oriented, communicative and a high level of commitment to vocational training with pedagogical skills
• Very good communication skills in German, both verbally and in writing

Nice to haves:

• Good English skills
• Experience in the educational environment of young people in initial training
• Enjoy creative changes to existing documentation for EFZ learners
• Experience in conceptual work related to the constant expansion of the learning documentation and lesson planning
