Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Banking Administrator to support the data entry of day-to-day settlements and front-to-back reconciliations and controls of a variety of products.
Main responsibilities
- Book Money Market trades / Loans transactions into the Operations systems based on data extracted from the Front Office system
- Generate correct interest accruals and interest payments in the Operations systems
- Import trade data into the Client Confirmation system to generate client confirmation
- Reconcile transactions (FOBO) - compare trade representation in front office (FO) and back office (BO) systems and arrange necessary action in case of mismatch (e.g. cancel and rebooking)
Your skills:
- Previous experience within Banking Operations where you have been entering data into the system and processing it
- Very good attention to detail and accuracy
- Sense of responsibility, ability to get things done within deadlines
- German and English speaking
- Good communication skills
- Ability and willingness to closely collaborate in a team
