Front Runner Consultant (Banking/ Compliance)

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Banking Consultant with proven understanding of Compliance and Front Office domain.

Overview of the project:

  • Our client holds a crucial suite for Relationship Managers, Compliance Functions and Business Operations. As member of their Business/IT Integration Team, you will closely work as a "Front Runner" close to their clients with their 1st Level Support, IT 2nd Level Support Team and with project and development teams on global user enquiries along the lifecycle for early life and mature products.
  • The successful candidate will ensure positive user experience and the increase of product acceptance by providing best production support and user guidance.
  • With a focus on mass roll out, the candidate will act as First Level support for more than 800 users and approximately 30.000 cases with regulatory impact.
  • The successful candidate will provide support with task force activities in the event of critical incidents.
  • Additionally, the candidate will hand ad hoc requests and support the Business Integration Lead in topics along the User & Platform Enablement discipline.

Responsibilities:

  • 1st Level Support
  • Direct client interaction on user enquiries
  • Plan and execute trainings and support business integration prep and roll-out
  • Incident alignment with all support functions
  • User support material preparation, etc.
  • Ad-hoc task force requests on case basis
  • Strong collaboration with product owners, project teams and development teams globally
  • Ensure data correctness and apply corrections
  • Close collaboration with business integration lead (are User & Platform Enablement function)

Skills:

  • Proven track record in Consultancy, Project Management or Business Analyst role in Front Office or Compliance area
  • Very good understanding of regulatory projects, business operation and compliance disciplines
  • Good English, German skills highly beneficial
  • Ability to cope with high pressure and complex project and delivery environment (agile)
  • Experience in dealing with high-profile clients over all hierarchical levels
  • Friendly attitude, hands-on, the ability to interact well with user and clients
  • Ability to work independently and distinct experience working with employees from Staff to Managing Directors
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
