On behalf of our client we are looking for an Associate Director with possible extension / permanent transition.
Main Tasks:
- Support all commercial marketing and business aspect on an APAC level
- Responsible for strategy, performance management, launch preparation, KPIs, tactical execution, operational excellence etc
- Work on a regional and global level with crossfunctional leaders
- Act as primary spokesperson as regional leader
- Develop Brand strategy by collaborating with global partners
- Fast-paced and dynamic environment
Must-haves:
- Bachelor in Life Science/Biological Sciences/Marketing/similar
- +10 years of Pharma / biotech experience is a MUST
- Solid understanding of rare diseases
- Market know-how on a global level
- Developed product launch plans
- Past experience in a highly matrixed organization
- Flexibility on working time
- English fluency
- German / French / Italian are a big plus
- Must be located in Switzerland!
