On behalf of our client, we are looking for an IT Service Manager.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Manages assigned IT Service over its whole lifecycle (business service request, implementation planning, implementation, deployment, IT Service delivery)
- Manages the conversion of business demand into technical requirements, cost estimates and timeline
- Responsible for delivery of agreed IT Service quality and for internal and external communication of achievement of SLA objectives
- Provides transparency on IT cost drivers and compliance/non-compliance with quality and cost objectives of specific IT services
- IT representative to the business service manager for one or multiple assigned IT services
- Single point of contact for all involved IT providers in terms IT service requirements and IT Service delivery
- Located usually in application development departments
- Generalist with good negotiation/communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and vice versa
- Fluent in German and French
