On behalf of our client, a construction company, we are looking for an Application Manager in Zurich.
Workload: 80%
You will be responsible for Enterprise Application Integration as well as providing solutions in the area of time management and service processing.
Missions:
- Technical operational tasks as part of application life cycle management
- Change and incident requests from the applications
- Support the power users and users in handling the applications (2nd / 3rd level support)
- Analyze and solve errors and problems in cooperation with the manufacturers
- Administer the authorizations in the applications
- Ongoing identification of potential for improvement in terms of a CIP
- Leading workshops with internal and external experts
- Regular coordination with those responsible for the process and internal customers
- Recording of requirements for interfaces and processes together with the departments
- Support the project managers and consultants within our company in finding and implementing solutions
- Responsible for the training concepts and documents for the applications
- Carry out training courses for users throughout Switzerland
Profile:
- You have a degree in IT with relevant professional experience
- Experience with Enterprise Application Integration (especially the WSO2 platform as an advantage)
- As the IT sub-project manager, you ensure the introduction of new application interfaces
- Experience in development, preferably with the following technical focuses: databases / SQL, application interfaces, web services and API management
- Knowledge of designing and changing processes
- Team player with initiative, assertiveness and a quick grasp
- Willingness to work outside of office hours
- ITIL certification is an advantage
- Very good communication and team skills
- Good analytical thinking with conceptual skills
- Pleasant manners and a well-groomed appearance
- Fluent German and English, French as an advantage
