Background
As the Adoption Lead you will be part of the team responsible to transform the content and document management of the company. Focus for this position will be on candidates with a strong pharmaceutical background, knowledge of the Google Suite Products and preferably with former pharmaceutical industry experience.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Transform the content management and document management in a highly competitive organization
- Support the business with hands-on advice for working in new document management environment
- Support knowledge management efforts in aggregating relevant technical information.
- Support the migrations by communicating proposed migration schemas to affected users.
- Interact on a regular basis with a large variety of stakeholders
Must Haves
- 5y+ of experience working on transformational and organizational change projects in a pharmaceutical environment
- Expertise with Google Suite
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Office
- A background in working at the interface of business and IT in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in creating high quality educational materials and communication
- A pro-active problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and a "can-do" attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
