For this assignment with 6 months with possibility for extension duration based in Zurich we are in search of an English- and German- speaking candidate who is available in a short notice. Overview of the project

- Provide general administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at local country, function or business level

- Performs complex administrative activities and takes responsibility for delivering specific department processes/ programs

The skills and experience needed for this position are



- Commercial degree or completed vocational training in the hotel industry

- Several years of work experience as a receptionist in a client and service-oriented function

- German (SwissGerman)- fluent

- English- excellent proficiency
