Experis IT Switzerland is on the search for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Client - international company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and communication with different stakeholders internally and externally
- Handling of organizational and administrative work (such as calendar maintenance, travel arrangement, set up of telephone conferences, organization of meetings and department internal events, supporting the approval and signature process for contracts and other confidential documents, development and redefinition of administrative procedures in cooperation with the Counsels and administration of the contract database)
- Preparation of presentations
- Legal project related support
- Supporting the budget process (incl. monthly accruals)
Your profile:
- Administrative / clerical education preferred with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Team Assistant
- Excellent communication, organizational skills and flexibility
- A value based, proactive and service oriented behaviour
- Experience in project work, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Networking skills and cultural understanding
- Comfortable to operate within a dynamic environment
- Pro-active and self-driven with a positive mind-set
- Structured and accurate working style
- Capable to timely deliver tasks even in hectic situations
- Discreet and thoughtful approach to business matters
- English language fluency (written and oral)
- Excellent user skills in relevant IT (MS office, web content management)
- Experience with budget process
Location: Zurich
Duration: 10 months project with further option of contract extension
