Executive Administrative Assistant

Experis is currently supporting our global client with their exciting project in Zurich. If you love working in a fast-paced environment with a global team of experts, then please read on!

Your key responsibilities:

  • Calendar management
  • Travel booking
  • Space management Meeting and event preparation
  • Processing expenses
  • Vacation time reporting and absence planning
  • Document preparation
  • Support small projects
  • Scheduling management retreats and workshops

Your profile:

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Strong verbal and written communicative skills in English (German is a plus)
  • Excellent administrative, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to made decisions independently
  • Banking or compliance background would be advantageous
