Experis is currently supporting our global client within the pharmaceutical industry for their search for an administrative assistant (50%) to support their operations at their office in the region of Zug. The role has a myriad of responsibilities including:
- Coordinate the assigning of manufacturing process related data into the company's database, as well as the storage of documentation from their external stakeholders
- Data entry
- Coordinate with external stakeholders that documentation is complete
- Enter the manufacturing related data from their batch production records
Your specific background
- 2-3 years of relevant experience as an administrative assistant specifically coming from PHARMA or BIOTECH
- You hold either a Swiss or an EU passport
- Fluent English; any additional language skills is welcome
