L2 Application Support Engineer
Experis IT Switzerland is in a search of an experienced IT Supporter to join one of their clients, a well-known organisation.
- Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems
- You'll support Applications in all colours and facets in a second-level organization and drive innovation
- This will not only include fixing complex problems and finding interesting solutions but also driving improvements to exist processes
- As part of a young, energized and agile team, you'll liaise closely with your colleagues
- Previous experience in 2nd level support of several applications
- Tools: SQL, Unix systems (mainly batch jobs), Windows Server, JAVA
- Experience with handling ITIL tickets
- An independent, reliable and service-oriented working in the team as well as a well-groomed appearance complete your profile
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
- ITIL basic knowledge
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: until end of 2019 with further option of contract extension
