We're seeking a Project Manager to join our team and lead various IT-related projects that bring added value to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing IT projects (e.g. in the workplace, cloud, IT lifecycle, microservices, automation) throughout all phases, from initialization to implementation to successful completion.
• Working closely with operational departments and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Designing solution processes with external partners, IT architecture, security, and data protection.
• Getting everyone involved on board by understanding the added value of adequate project information and communication.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing IT projects, ideally from the banking or insurance industry.
• Strong conceptual, dynamic, and proactive mindset with broad experience in the IT environment.
• Experience with classic, agile, and hybrid project management models.
• A degree in business informatics or similar training is preferred.
• A high willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Fluency in German
