On behalf of our client, a global leading institution, we are looking for a PMO to join a dynamic IT team.
You should have a delivery focused background, with a proven ability to manage various types of IT projects and a desire to identify and develop strategic solutions that meet business needs.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Strong stakeholder management (ability to gain user "buy-in"),
- Drive delivery,
- Ensure that the projects have appropriate business engagement,
- Manage the projects Planning and reporting,
- Ensure that the requirements are correctly interpreted and offer maximum business value,
- Coordinate the milestones and the appropriate timelines across cross-functional teams,
- Track the actions,
- Manage and track ad hoc IT request internally and externally,
- Understand the business requirements and actively seek to identify and drive improvements and innovation,
- Strong experience in IT Project Management,
- Analytical and critical thinking with ability to problem solve complex issues
- Actively seek to identify and drive improvements and innovation
- Good communication and organizationnal skills
- Fluent in English and french
