On behalf of our client, based in Lausanne, we are looking for a IT Project Manager - Change management (Junior) to reinforce the IT Team.

The role is a mission for 3 months with a possibility to be a permanent position. We ae looking for someone available asap.

As a Project Manager, you'll be supporting the continuous increase of the performance as a Corporate Function, the maturity & evolution of the new IT Operating Model, as well as driving the change management & communication strategy and activities for IT.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of a governance framework to align Business strategy with IT objectives
  • Bring visibility on IT performance, establish clear accountability across the different roles and enhance value delivery to the busines,
  • Helps to drive maturity on the different dimensions of the IT Operating model such as key roles, processes, organization, and principles,
  • Coach and support organization to strengthen agile and product management mindset & practices,
  • Support skills and capability development across key roles if the IT Operating Model,
  • Spearhead Group IT Corporate Function's branding,
  • Manage Group IT Corporate communication channels,
  • Lead drafting of presentations and other materials,
  • Defines IT Change Strategy, in alignment with the IT Vision and leads execution,
  • Establish and own change enablement measurement for reporting and improvement actions,
  • Guides IT Management and business stakeholders in defining the change approach for their initiative and supports the execution

Skills :

  • Technical degree or equivalent IT,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management,
  • Strong Knowledge of IT / Digital Transformation, Agile Methodology, IT Product Management,
  • Strong knowlegdge ok MS Ofiice Suite, and Teams,
  • Able to work on cross functional projects and work with multicultural people,
  • Effective stakeholder management,
  • Strong understanding of IT strategy & operations and how to enable customer value & centricity
  • Excellent communication skills,
