Global Capital Markets Administrative Analyst

Experis IT is on the search for a Global Capital Markets Administrative Analyst to join one of their clients, a well-known international company based in Switzerland. Duration: 6 months, chance of further contract extension

Location: Geneva

Workload percentage: 100%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collation of client specific documentation such as KYC and suitability documents.
  • Collation and submission of documentation relating to the counterparty to Legal for review.
  • Preparation of transaction documentation for issuance to clients in partnership with the Underwriter.
  • Collection and coordination of executed client facility documentation, working in conjunction with the IF Specialists and the Account Documentation Unit, to ensure appropriate filing, scanning and storage or original documents.
  • Collaboration with Legal to address all closing items and obtain the transaction sign-off.
  • General ongoing credit and documentation related administration.
  • Reviewing and adjusting ongoing business practices, process enhancements and re-engineering, as required.
  • Internal/External Audit and Fundamental Credit Risk coordination and preparation of deliverables.

Your Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Previous experience in a lending environment, documentation, legal and or a credit administrative role is preferable.
  • Very strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Strong initiative and interactive approach to problem solving.
  • Display flexibility and independence in a demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is an advantage.
