Experis is the global leader in professional resourcing and project-based workforce solutions.
On behalf of our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a senior candidate with strong background in Software Engineering and a lot of practical and hands on experience in NodeJS. The candidate needs to be available asap and needs to be able to work on site at least 2 days a week, during the onboarding 100% on site.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Participation in all phases of software development from feasibility studies through design, development, testing and bug fixing and maintenance with the opportunity to tailor the role to your strengths (e.g. SCRUM Master, CI/CD expert, Linux Specialist)
- Participation in the definition of work packages, their estimation and planning in a sprint-based agile environment
- Adherence to a software development process including contribution to written deliverables and documentation
Must Haves:
- Bachelor degree in software engineering, computer sciences or related field
- 7+ years' experience as Software Engineer or Fullstack Developer in a highly regulated industry environment in agile teams and methodologies
- Hands- on experience and sound knowledge of NodeJS coding combined with at least one other object-oriented language
- Hands- on experience and sound knowledge of the react Javascript Library
- Must be proficient with git and git-flow
- Fluent communication skills in English
Nice to Haves:
- Fluent communication skills in German beneficial
- Experience in GraphQL, Apollo Server, NestJS
- Experience in scripting or Build- and Test Automation Systems
- Experience in C++
- Experience in Linux
