Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage incoming customer inquiries in compliance with defined service level agreements or customer-requested deadlines.
- Proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on order processing, ensuring they are always informed and satisfied.
- Plan and coordinate smaller projects or sub-projects within the relevant business areas.
- Serve as the primary contact for all B2B customers and partners during order validation and the initial billing cycle.
- Take responsibility for accurate order validation, service registration, and invoicing.
- Ensure effective communication with all relevant stakeholders, including commercial and technical teams.
- Act as an escalation authority, actively working to resolve customer crisis situations and find suitable solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a customer service or related role, demonstrating your ability to handle diverse customer inquiries and manage projects.
- Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with both internal and external customers.
- Mentally resilient and capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment.

- A meticulous and precise approach to work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Language proficiency in German and English is required. Knowledge of Italian and French is considered an advantage.
