Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Business Management team to focus on Front Office process gap analysis, identification, remediation, and process creation for risk mitigation
• Implement auditable and scalable controls that are globally consistent within the organization
• Responsible for supporting multiple risk and control processes
• Support the implementation of control processes within the EMEA Capital Markets Business
• Engage with both regional and global stakeholders across various teams including Capital Markets Desk Heads, Business Risk and Control, Legal, Compliance and Technology for the assessment and implementation of controls and other investments initiatives
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision and can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
• Analyse data to implement and improve resiliency of capital markets risk management

Your Skills:

• General knowledge of Capital Markets products including Equity, FICC, Structured & FX asset classes
• Preferred prior experience working in Capital Markets Business management, COO or CCO office
• Superior attention to detail and level of accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure in a professional environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
