On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Business Analyst with in-depth knowledge of Core HCM Workday.
Responsibilities:
- Being responsible as a technical SME for the Core HCM module in Workday
- Strong collaboration with other technical SMEs
- Providing professional HR Services with high customer service orientation
- Being a troubleshooter
- Analyse data discrepancies and improve data quality
Skills:
- Profound knowledge in the Workday application - especially in the following functional modules - Workday Core HCM - Workday Security
- Analytical and networked thinking as well as high resilience and willingness to learn
- Ability to select and judge relevant information
- Great problem-solving skills
- Intercultural Competence to treat requests properly from around the world
- Thorough coordination and organization skills Independent and accurate working style
- Committed, assertive and communicative personality
- Strong client and quality orientation
- Strong team spirit
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Project)
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
